Diagnóstico e intervenção em educação sexual e reprodutiva com adolescentes em situação de vulnerabilidade

The purpose of the present study is presenting a social and epidemiological diagnosis of a group of adolescents, based on phases 01 and 02 of the PRECEDE - PROCEED model. Regarding a quantitative-qualitative research of the participatory action research type, in accordance with the PRECEDE - PROCEED model. The first two stages of the method are presented and discussed. Results demonstrated that adolescents amount up to 14,47% of the population, that the poverty incidence is considerable, that there is access to basic health services and education on the local level, in spite of a 17,54% incidence of teenage pregnancy, and that the sexually transmitted diseases most reported in adolescents are Gardnerella and syphilis. Concluded was that the analysis presented corroborated for the need of discussion of diagnostics that permeate the adolescents´ experience, thus contributing to the planning of actions involving health and education sectors in favor of sexual and reproductive health of adolescents, in recognition of present vulnerabilities.
