Práticas de cuidados dos enfermeiros e seus desafios na prevenção do pé diabético na saúde da famí­lia

Abstract

This study aims to identify brazilian scientific literature in the areas of Nurse care practices and its challenges in the family health strategy concerning the prevention of the diabetic foot. It was an integrative review of literature. Data collection occurred between the months of July and August 2018. Were consulted the following electronic databases: LILACS, and SCIELO BDENF. The sample consisted of seven articles after the application of the criteria for inclusion and exclusion. Through the thematic analysis of the studies, emerged two themes: the challenges of practice of nurses in the nursing consultation on the prevention of the diabetic foot and health education: knowledge sharing space and care in prevention of foot diabetic. It is concluded that this study can contribute to the knowledge of some preventive factors of diabetic foot and sensitize nurses, especially those working in family health Strategy for a systematic assessment of the feet of the people with diabetes.
