Práticas de educação permanente em saúde do trabalhador: revisão integrativa de literatura

The aim is to analyze the experiences and strategies of permanent education in occupational health described in scientific health care productions of the last ten years. Integrative literature review, carried out in the period from 2006 to 2016, with search in the databases BDENF, LILACS, MEDLINE and SCIELO. Among the scientific productions found, eight articles were selected and analyzed. From the units of meaning, emerged two categories: Permanent education Experiences and Strategies used. Permanent education strategies used, one can realize that the lack of scientific and technical knowledge are important causes that hinder the working process, which is aimed at the collective, and always looking for the transmission of knowledge. In the experiences are worked towards guidelines ergonomic risks, with the help of professionals.
