This is an integrative review carried out in the international (LILACS, MEDLINE and PubMed) and national (BEDENF) databases for the period of five years using the following inclusion criteria: works published in full in Portuguese, English, Spanish on the theme of nursing students' attitudes towards an alcoholic patient. Objective: to identify evidence available in the literature about the attitudes of nursing students towards alcoholic patients. Methods: The GRADE method was used to assess the level of evidence of the findings. Results: 8 articles was selected in the final, with two categories identified by theme affinity. Conclusion: in general, students' attitudes were positive in most of the studies found. It points out the need to explore the theme in an expanded way already in graduation in order to avoid that the nurse, after graduating, has conducts based on stereotypes towards the user.
