Satisfação com os serviços dos centros de atenção psicossocial: uma revisão integrativa

Introduction: User satisfaction (patients and family members) is an important predictor of adherence to treatment and use of
health services and is also an important indicator of the quality of health care. Objective: to identify in the scientific literature
the satisfaction of users of Psychosocial Care Centers. Method: Integrative Literature Review with searches in the databases of Latin American Literature in Health Sciences, Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online and in the database in nursing. Results: 64 articles were obtained from the refinement of searches, whose completion of reading, four studies were selected to compose the review, and, from the thematic analysis, two categories emerged: Evaluation of Services and Weaknesses of Mental Health Services. Conclusion: the assessment of satisfaction with mental health services represents one of the pillars for the continuity and success of therapy and, consequently, it must be actively carried out in the respective services.
