Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the importance of the nursing care plan. Integrative review study, in the descriptive-exploratory modality, with a qualitative approach. This work used databases for its construction, which were SCIELO and LILACS with scientific publications from 2015 to 2020, which were selected using inclusion and exclusion. Data collection took place in February 2020, including 4 publications. The publications were organized in a table, including the most relevant information on the theme, such as: authors of the publication, year, journal, title of publications and results of publications that refer to the importance of the plan of participation in nursing care. The results of the publications are clear or how important the delivery plan is for a woman during nursing care, as it provides greater knowledge about her delivery, which is such a unique moment for her, and offers humanization in maternal health care. -child. Primary care health professionals play a fundamental role, especially the nurse in carrying out prenatal care, who can build the birth plan together with the pregnant woman, assist in childbirth information and strengthen communication with the maternity.
